Hampton Homes offers a complete turnkey project, starting with lot procurement, plans/permit, construction, finishes selection/interior decorating, through to total landscape and pool package. Every step is planned and executed in meticulous detail.
Our twenty-five plus years of residential construction expertise has enabled us to develop our own “Project Control System”. This is a computerized system which has the individual project’s critical path pre-programmed and pre-scheduled. All the various set points for trade scheduling, material ordering and client finishes selection are
automatically produced at the appropriate time. Projects run on time and stress free.
This system also issues individual passwords, that allow each client to log on to their own project file over the internet. They are able to update themselves on building progress, finishes selection timetable and even make changes or order upgrades on line. For those who wish, a 24hr webcam can be provided. You are then able to watch your home being built from a computer anywhere in the world! |
